Associate Director, HCP Marketing & Personal Promotion - Immunology

AstraZeneca seeks an Associate Director to lead personal promotion strategy and field engagement for SAPHNELO in the systemic lupus erythematosus market. This role drives commercial execution through cross-functional collaboration, sales enablement, and performance measurement across immunology business channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of personal promotion strategy and pull-through initiatives
  • Own development, deployment, and performance measurement of branded field resources
  • Partner with field leadership and sales teams to enhance capability and execution
  • Lead strategic planning of district, regional, and national sales meetings
  • Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and conduct quarterly business reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare marketing, or commercial roles
  • Demonstrated success leading HCP marketing or field-facing commercial initiatives
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing complex projects in matrixed organizations
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Immunology, specialty marketing, or biologics experience preferred

Compensation: $165,353–$248,030 base annual; eligibility for short-term incentive bonuses and equity awards
