Inventory Control Specialist
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Adecco is hiring an experienced Inventory Control Specialist for a fast-paced distribution environment in Dallas, TX. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring efficient material flow within a high-volume facility.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inventory control functions including cycle counting and stock replenishment
• Complete physical and electronic goods receipts and ERP transactions
• Load and unload materials using manual and powered equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies
• Process returns and ensure proper documentation and system updates
• Conduct inventory audits and spot checks as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, purchasing, distribution) to meet business needs
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of inventory control or warehouse experience (cycle counting required)
• Forklift experience required (reach truck, cherry picker, or similar equipment)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• High School Diploma or GED required

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
