The Real Estate Sales Agent will meet with prospective buyers and sellers, conduct property showings, and guide clients through the full transaction process from initial consultation to closing. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new leads, following up with existing clients, preparing and presenting listing agreements and purchase offers, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and other transaction milestones. The agent will maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local market, provide timely and accurate information to clients, and collaborate with brokers, lenders, and other real estate professionals to ensure successful outcomes. The role requires consistent in-person client interaction, attendance at open houses, and participation in local networking and community events.\nQualifications\n\n Candidates should possess about 7 years of experience, strong Real Estate Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing transactions.\n Candidates should possess an active Real Estate License and a thorough understanding of Real Estate practices and regulations in Georgia.\n Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and communicate clearly with diverse clients.\n Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and goal-driven performance.\n Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with MLS systems, basic contract and document management skills, proficiency with email and CRM tools, reliable transportation, and willingness to work some evenings and weekends based on client needs.\n
