Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

As a Real Estate Listing Agent , you’ll work with qualified sellers, convert listing opportunities into signed agreements, and guide clients through a successful home sale.

• Meet with qualified home sellers for listing consultations and presentations

• Advise clients on pricing, marketing strategies, and selling timelines

• Manage client relationships from listing appointment through closing

• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up using CRM systems and proven workflows

• Convert seller appointments into signed listing agreements

• Host open houses and engage prospective buyers and sellers

• Keep your CRM, calendar, and sales pipeline organized and up to date

• Participate in weekly sales training, coaching, and team meetings

Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated Georgia Real Estate Buyer’s Agent who is ready to grow their production, build strong client relationships, and succeed in a high-performance sales environment.

• Active Georgia Real Estate License required

• Full-time commitment to a real estate sales career

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confident using CRM systems and real estate technology

• Highly organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills
