Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities: What You’ll DoAs a Real Estate Buyer’s Agent , you’ll work with pre-qualified buyers, build strong relationships, and guide clients from consultation to closing.
Work directly with pre-qualified homebuyers from consultation through closing
Identify client needs and match buyers with suitable properties
Manage communication and follow-up using CRM and proven sales systems
Convert buyer appointments into successful transactions
Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business
Host and participate in open houses to engage prospective buyers
Manage your sales pipeline, appointments, and daily schedule
Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team meetings
We’re seeking a motivated Georgia Real Estate Buyer’s Agent ready to grow their production, close more deals, and build a successful real estate career.
Active Georgia Real Estate License required
Full-time commitment to real estate sales and production
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time-management skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
Coachable, motivated, and results-oriented
Positive, solutions-focused, and strong problem-solving skills
