This full-time opportunity runs from August 17, 2026, to May 27, 2027, with consistent Monday-Friday daytime hours (8 am – 3:30 pm, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch), allowing for an excellent work-life balance.

In this role, you’ll support students in need of nursing or special education services, collaborating with educational staff to provide a safe, supportive learning environment. Your clinical expertise and passion for working with children will shine as you help bridge healthcare and education, directly impacting students’ well-being and academic success.

Key Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license or a credentialed Special Education Teacher
• Prior experience within school settings—several years is required for RN candidates
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to student advocacy
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and handle emergencies with professionalism

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct care, health management, and educational support to students with complex needs
• Participate in creating and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), health plans, and other student support programs
• Maintain accurate health records and comply with school policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families for comprehensive student care
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere that supports each learner’s unique journey

Experience working with CSN (Certified School Nurse) cases is a plus, though school nursing knowledge and enthusiasm are most important.
