Shared Service Implementation Project Responsibilities Assume full responsibility of the end-to-end transactional procure to pay process that is supported by 40-50 FTEs initiating with requisition, through the development of the purchase order to invoice payment. Out of scope procurement processes sourcing, contract development, contract management, supplier management. Lead the P2P workstream of the Leveraged Service Center (LSC) project. Design the future state P2P processes leveraging the industry best practices. Implement the P2P global design at two LSC locations - one in the US and one in Europe. Balance global standardization with necessary requirements for regional customization. Create service performance metrics for productivity, cost, and quality and monitor the KPIs to strive for service excellence. Develop Service Level Agreements and Pricing Models (if applicable). Define roles & responsibilities across organizational silos (LSC, BU, Corp). Evaluate the future technology needs and recommend the solution(s). Regular Responsibilities Assume full responsibility for the end-to-end P2P process as defined above and the impact on the success of the P2P function. Establish and maintain P2P policies, processes and procedures. Develop P2P process strategy aligned with the Global Procurement Strategy through ongoing collaboration with all stakeholders, including the VP Procurement and BU senior leaders to ensure that P2P process effectively supports the local BU needs and meets business objectives with internal control consideration. Drive continuous process improvement in effectiveness and efficiency. Monitors external market to keep current with technologies and best practices impacting the P2P. Perform periodic process evaluation and industry best practice benchmarking to identify process improvement opportunities. Develop and monitor the performance metrics and makes adjustments to provide a maximum level of service to the business. Perform root cause diagnosis to refine the existing process for operational excellence. Identify technology needs, define business requirements, and evaluate technology solutions. Build strong relationships with internal service clients and global stakeholders (i.e. Business Unit management teams) to drive a continuous improvement culture. Evaluate the applicability of existing SLAs and make necessary adjustment. Continuously identify opportunities for automation, standardization and expand the SSC services offering. Foster a positive working environment and build a high performance team. Maintain process documentation and ensure that they are easily accessible.
