Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An outpatient/ambulatory infusion pharmacist position is available at a leading hospital in Aurora, CO. This 13-week contract role starts on September 28th with a schedule of 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The position involves specialized pharmacy work focusing on oncology and infusion patients within the outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing medication orders with attention to detail
• Dispensing and verifying hazardous and non-hazardous medications used in infusion therapy
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective patient care

Candidates must have:

• A minimum of 2 years of infusion pharmacy experience; oncology/chemotherapy expertise is highly desirable
• Active Colorado pharmacy license in good standing
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system
• Ability to work onsite in Aurora, CO (local candidates preferred)

This is a contract opportunity suited for pharmacists who are IV certified and experienced with inpatient and outpatient pharmacy practice in hospital settings.
