Hotel Director of Sales

Were seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Sales to lead two of our hotels' sales departments in Bozeman, Montana. This is more than just a sales role were looking for a proven relationship builder, a confident leader, and a strategic thinker who thrives in driving revenue, developing teams, and positioning our property as a market leader. In this high-impact role, you will oversee all revenue streams and market segments, develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies, and directly influence the success of these 2 properties!

Hotel Director of Sales Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 years leading a hotel sales department, preferably Hilton experience
• Relocation to Bozeman, Montana
• Demonstrated success in driving group sales, selling 200+ keys and meeting/events space
• Strong people leader with experience managing and motivating teams
• Expertise in revenue management, pricing strategies, and positioning to consistently achieve or exceed budget
• Deep knowledge of the Bozeman, MT market preferred, with active involvement in local business and hotel sales organizations
• Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans, ensuring alignment with market trends and competitive positioning
• Deliver exceptional experiences for guests and clients while consistently exceeding revenue goals
