Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. Prepare for and assist Departments with meeting targets during shifts. Positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older. Good communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a safety‑conscious environment.
