Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Manager to lead our world-class sales and management team. Job Details Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Type: Full-Time Location: Orange, TX (In-person) Key Responsibilities Train, develop, and motivate a professional sales team Create and implement effective sales strategies Ensure every customer has a positive purchase experience Manage all deals, paperwork, and data compliance according to regulations Maximize profitability on all sales Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager Work Hours This position requires flexibility, including availability on weekends to meet business needs.
