Build engaging relationships that lead to long-term, loyal guests. Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, accuracy, and guest experience; celebrate achievements along the way. Participate in the interviewing and selection process. Train the team in food safety standards and ensure they are maintained. Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, trust, and collaboration. Qualifications Minimum age: 18 years 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred Proven ability to lead shifts while directing, motivating, coaching, and developing others in a fast-paced environment ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification) Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Background check required (condition of employment) Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds; stand and walk for up to 6 hours Clear communication in loud environments and ability to understand guests and teammates Be an ambassador of Panera’s guiding values and behaviors Additional Information Equal Opportunity Employer: Disabled/Veterans Pay range: $22.00–$26.50 per hour.
