Metrology Equipment Technician: Precision Wafer Tools

You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wafer fabrication metrology tools, including 4-point probe, AFM, CDSEM, CD Verity, thickness and defect inspection systems. The role requires strong electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills, and the ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
