Occupational Health Nurse (Night Shift 7pm-7am)

Baxter seeks a registered nurse to lead occupational health services at a Marion, North Carolina manufacturing facility on night shift (7pm-7am). The role focuses on workplace injury management, health surveillance, regulatory compliance, and employee wellness programs.
Responsibilities
- Administer facility occupational health program addressing workplace health risks
- Provide immediate assessment and care for workplace injuries and illnesses
- Manage health surveillance programs including hearing conservation and respiratory monitoring
- Coordinate case management and return-to-work outcomes with healthcare providers and HR
- Collaborate with Environmental Health & Safety teams to identify hazards and reduce risk
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current North Carolina license
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Strong clinical judgment and medical emergency response capability
- Occupational Health Nursing certification (COHN/COHN-S or equivalent) preferred
- Prior occupational or industrial health nursing experience preferred
Compensation: $68,000 - $93,500 annually
