Flexible schedules (part-time and full-time) Holiday pay Paid training Clinical support and training with each client Your Role Assist an individual so they can remain independent in their home. Your responsibilities will include: Aiding with bathing and dressing Preparing delicious meals Reminding clients to take their medications Providing transportation to appointments and errands Providing housekeeping assistance Being a friend, companion, and source of comfort Requirements To be eligible for this role, you must: Be vaccinated Have a TB test (upon hire) Be a CNA on the NC Registry or an experienced PCA Have Hoyer experience (optional) Have dementia training or experience (preferred) Pass a background check nationwide Have a high school diploma Have a clean driving record and current DL Wear scrubs Have a positive and upbeat attitude Have a loving heart We have a supportive office staff to assist with your needs, from scheduling to HR and payroll.
