Products/services business provides Olive Oil and other edible oils for food manufacturing.Successful and growing global importer and food manufacturer headquartered Utica, NY is seeking a full-time Production/Shipping & Receiving Personnel. This position is for 8-hour daytime shifts, Monday through Friday. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' experience driving a forklift in a warehouse environment. Ideal candidates will also have experience moving bulk products using pumps and hoses. Top candidates will be enthusiastic, dependable, and have strong organizational skills.Typical duties (including but not limited to): Loading/Unloading tankers and railcars of bulk edible oil Work on Production/Filling Lines Maintaining accurate shipping & receiving logs Assisting in physical inventory counts Loading/Unloading trucks with a forklift Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and complying with all good manufacturing practices Ensuring all Safe Quality Foods (SQF) requirements are followed Assisting with preventative maintenance of warehouse facility and equipment Maintaining security of the warehouse and shipping docks Some heavy lifting is requiredPreferred experience and skills include: Minimum 2 years relevant experience in warehouse and production environment Experience with quality control and safety programs, especially in food manufacturing Strong organizational skills and attention to detailMinimum requirements: Willing to work full time 40 hours per week High school diploma or equivalentPay commensurate with experience; Growth potential Holiday schedule and paid time off 401K with Company Contribution Company-Sponsored Individual Health Insurance Family Health Insurance options Demanding but fun work environment where the days fly by Work with an awesome team of people Reference/Security Check?
