Join our team as a Commercial Plumber and work on a variety of exciting commercial construction projects. We're looking for a skilled professional with strong mechanical aptitude, commercial plumbing experience, and the ability to read technical drawings. If you take pride in delivering high-quality work while meeting safety standards and building codes, we'd love to hear from you.
Must have 5 years of Commercial Plumbing Experience
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in commercial properties, including water supply, drainage, and waste systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs.
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras effectively on job sites.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used for each project.
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and schematics interpretation.
Skills
- Extensive construction experience with a focus on commercial plumbing projects.
- Proficiency in construction plumbing techniques including pipe threading, assembly, and system maintenance.
- Ability to operate welding equipment safely when required for specialized tasks.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and other relevant equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude with understanding of water systems, HVAC integration, and schematics.
- Experience interpreting technical drawings such as blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Familiarity with plumbing system inspection procedures and troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical data.
