Manager - Business Operations Partner - Neurology & IgG4-RD

Amgen Inc

Amgen seeks a Manager of Business Operations to support the UPLIZNA commercial organization in neurology and IgG4-RD. The role involves leading business operations workstreams, developing analytical insights, coordinating cross-functional execution, and translating brand priorities into actionable plans while strengthening operating practices.

Responsibilities

Partner with UPLIZNA commercial functions to understand priorities and coordinate execution across sales, marketing, finance, and other teams
Monitor business performance, synthesize data and market information, and provide actionable insights to leadership
Lead strategic initiatives and special projects from planning through implementation with defined deliverables and timelines
Support planning processes including brand strategy, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews
Manage governance activities including decision tracking, action management, and cross-functional coordination

Requirements

Master's degree and 2 years of operations, consulting, strategy, or commercial experience
Or Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant operations or commercial experience
Strong analytical judgment and structured problem-solving abilities
Project management and cross-functional coordination skills
Clear communication and ability to influence without direct authority
Commercial and business acumen in pharmaceutical or related environment
