Associate Director - Business Operations Partner - Rheumatology and Nephrology

The Associate Director serves as a strategic business operations partner to leadership in the Rheumatology and Nephrology unit, translating commercial insights and data into actionable recommendations. This role supports business planning, performance monitoring, and decision-making across cross-functional teams to drive execution and identify growth opportunities. The position requires collaboration with analytics, finance, and brand teams to strengthen strategy and accelerate business results.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic business operations advisor to General Manager and Brand Leadership Team
- Translate commercial data and market insights into actionable business recommendations
- Support business planning, forecasting, and quarterly/annual business review processes
- Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and drive proactive improvement actions
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment on key initiatives and strategic execution
Requirements
- Doctorate with 3+ years operations, strategy, business analytics, or commercial experience
- Master's degree with 5+ years operations, strategy, business analytics, or commercial experience
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years operations, strategy, business analytics, or commercial experience
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Executive communication and business storytelling skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
