About the Team Mainstreet Customer Management is seeking a Manager level, Product Manager to lead our customer hardships and customer resiliency space. This role is an individual contributor (IC) role with no direct tech team. We are seeking a thought-leader who is excited to develop a high-level strategy for under-served and disengaged customer populations, who has a strong aptitude to use data to tell data-driven stories, quickly learns and pivots based on what the space needs, and can work cross-functionally with various stakeholders to get work done. McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product ManagementNew York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
