This role manages day?to?day claims activity across multiple lines of coverage while providing structured, paralegal?level support related to coverage review, documentation, and claims governance. The ideal candidate is organized, detail?oriented, and experienced working with carriers, TPAs, brokers, and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage assigned claims from intake through resolutionCoordinate with carriers, TPAs, adjusters, brokers, counsel, and internal teamsSupport incident reporting, documentation, and loss investigationsReview policies to identify coverage issues, deductibles, and SIRsMonitor claim activity, reserves, and timelinesMaintain accurate and organized claim and legal filesAssist with loss runs, renewals, audits, and claims reportingQualifications3-6 years of experience in insurance claims, corporate risk, or claims coordinationKnowledge of commercial insurance claims (GL, auto, WC, property, professional liability)Strong organizational and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with claims systems and standard office toolsParalegal experience or coursework preferredPreferred ExperienceCorporate or in?house risk environmentExperience with TPAs or insurer?managed programsFamiliarity with claims audits, renewals, or complianceInsurance designations (AIC, ARM) or paralegal certification
