We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Analyst to support transportation operations and improve performance and cost efficiency. What can we offer YOU: Salary: $68,000-$73,000 per year, offer depending on experience 10% bonus potential Hybrid schedule Medical, dental, vision Life insurance Short- and long-term disability 401K with company match Flexible spending account Generous paid time off Company paid holidays Culture of collaboration and support Employee appreciation events Upbeat environment with focus on work-life balance Generous cell phone allowance Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain logistics, business, business analytics, and mathematics or a related field 1-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or freight operations required Experience in food service purchasing preferred Strong internal and external communication skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including reporting, analysis, formulas, and data management Ability to work cross-functionally with operations teams, transportation providers, and leadership Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities: Collect, validate, and analyze transportation and supply chain data Develop and maintain transportation performance reports and metrics Communicate regularly with internal departments and external providers Identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency and reduce costs Support transportation projects and continuous improvement initiatives Build strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and cross-functional teams Provide data-driven recommendations to support operational decisions Does this sound like the position for you?
