Join our dynamic team in Canton, OH, as a Packaging Printer Die Cutter Operator! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual who is passionate about the printing and packaging industry. In this role, you will be responsible for operating die-cutting machines to produce high-quality packaging materials. Responsibilities- Set up and operate die-cutting machines for various packaging projects.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on die-cutting equipment.
- Collaborate with the printing team to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in training new team members on die-cutting processes and equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing or packaging is a plus.
- Proven experience as a die cutter or in a similar role within the printing industry.
- Strong understanding of die-cutting processes and machinery.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
