Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bobst Die Cutter Operator to join our dynamic team in Canton, OH. As a key player in our production process, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art Bobst die cutting machines. • Set up and operate Bobst die cutting machines to produce high-quality products.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal output.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Document production data and report any issues to management promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing or manufacturing is a plus.
• Proven experience operating die cutting machines, preferably Bobst models.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
