Commercial Litigation Attorney (Hybrid) Location: Dallas, TX Our client is a well-regarded law firm seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its Dallas office. Position Overview The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial litigation experience and be comfortable handling complex business disputes from inception through resolution. This role provides direct client exposure, hands-on litigation experience, and the opportunity to grow within a respected practice. Key Responsibilities Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including: Breach of contract Breach of fiduciary duty Business and partnership disputes Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on case strategy Qualifications 2+ years of commercial or business litigation experience Strong background in breach of contract, fiduciary duty, and business dispute matters Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Additional Details Billable Requirement: 1,950 hours Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Dallas-based) Competitive compensation and benefits package with huge bonus potential Supportive firm culture with opportunities for professional growth
