Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the firm's hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and a passion for creating a seamless candidate experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle hiring process for exempt and non-exempt roles (job description, job postings, scheduling interviews, etc.).
- Support hiring directors and managers throughout the search process, utilizing a proactive, organized, service-oriented approach to recruitment-related activities.
- Utilize strategic sourcing methods to build pools of qualified candidates.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in talent management.
- Point of contact for the ATS in the HRIS system.
- Support administrative aspects of Associate Professional Development Program.
- Maintains attorney CLE databases and supports related CLE functions.
- Handle all general administrative tasks to support day to day talent acquisition and associate professional development activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.

Salary Range: The estimated hourly range for this position is $25/hr. - $35/hr.. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
