Production Associates

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking Production Associates to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the industrial department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associates

Location: Robinson, IL

Pay Range: $17.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift: 5:00am-1:00pm + Overtime until 3pm or 5pm

What's the Job?

• Operate machines and move raw materials and finished goods, forklift helpful
• Finish, inspect, and pack parts ensuring quality standards are met
• Record all defects, scrap, and pieces produced accurately
• Complete all required paperwork and maintain accurate production and quality reports
• Practice safety at all times and perform housekeeping duties

What's Needed?

• Entry Level - No experience required. 
• Machine Operation experience a plus.
• Job requires a pre-employment drug and background 
  screening
• Ability to stand for 8–12-hour shifts, mandatory overtime 
• Willingness to lift up to 35 pounds and climb stairs occasionally
• Flexibility to rotate between job assignments 
• Must pass required safety tests and maintain good attendance
