Position Summary As part of Global Tech, you will build scalable, reusable platforms and services that power the growth of our Retail Services which includes Health & Wellness. This role advances our ecosystem by enhancing experiences for customers and associates You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering across teams to solve complex problems, leverage data to inform decisions, and build trusted relationships that drive outcomes at scale. This role is part of the Chief of Staff team within USOPT, which focuses on shaping short- and long-term technology strategy, aligning cross-functional priorities, and enabling cohesive execution across enterprise programs. About the Team The Strategy & Tech Operations team drives the execution of key business initiatives by integrating technology and operational strategies. This team manages program budgets, monitors project progress, and ensures alignment with organizational goals. Collaborating across functions, they influence stakeholders and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. With expertise in financial management, change management, and technology trends, the team supports large-scale programs and delivers measurable business value. Adaptability and strong communication skills enable the team to navigate complex challenges and foster productive partnerships, contributing to the company’s ongoing success and innovation. What You’ll Do Manage program budgets by providing accurate estimations and monitoring expenditures to support financial goals. Assess resource requirements and identify risks to ensure successful completion of projects with medium complexity. Monitor project progress against milestones, leading cross‑functional meetings to address schedule, health, and risk factors. Collaborate with stakeholders to align business priorities and communicate key considerations for decision‑making. Translate business requirements into actionable plans, driving execution and continuous improvement across technology operations. Influence and build consensus among teams through clear, concise communication and relationship management. Provide insights on technology trends to support strategic initiatives and optimize operational performance. What You’ll Bring Proven expertise in program and financial management, including budgeting, cost monitoring, and ROI projection. Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, influencing, and building consensus across cross‑functional teams. Experience in risk assessment, mitigation, and program monitoring to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes. Ability to translate business requirements into integrated program plans aligned with organizational goals. Proficiency in business operations, KPI assessment, and supporting decision‑making processes. Adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement through process optimization and technology awareness. Effective communication skills for clear, concise reporting and collaboration with various teams. Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock Minimum Qualifications Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. Option 2: 6 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
