Job Description
As a Security Officer Concierge in Stamford CT you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Part-Time Security Officer you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. Learn more: As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols communicate professionally and provide exceptional customer service. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants visitors and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents access concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; document observations and report activity according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas parking facilities building exteriors and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and assist with visitor contractor and delivery entry in accordance with site-specific requirements.
- Communicate professionally with property management tenants visitors and emergency responders regarding security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
