Registered Nurse – Emergency DepartmentEvening rotating shifts from 3:00 PM to 3:30 AM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week. Every other weekend and holiday rotation are required.Contract position.Minimum of 3 years of recent Emergency Department experience.Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; TNCC and ENPC preferred.Experience with Epic EMR is required.Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with healthcare team members.Monitor and record patient vital signs and responses to treatment.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.Holiday coverage is required. Excessive requests for time off around holidays may not be approved. Taking call is not expected.
