For more than 20 years, Ice Bear has been making powersports more accessible by delivering affordable, dependable motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, UTVs, go-karts, and trikes to riders across the country. Now we’re investing in the next chapter of our brand, and we’re looking for people who want to help shape where we’re headed. This isn’t just another parts counter job. You’ll become one of the go-to experts supporting dealers, riders, and service technicians throughout North America. Every day you’ll solve problems, identify parts, answer technical questions, and help keep customers riding.

In-person
- Help dealers, customers, and technicians identify the correct replacement parts.
- Answer technical questions by phone and email with confidence and professionalism.
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with warranty parts requests and customer support.
- Use parts diagrams, service manuals, and technical resources to solve problems.
- Receive, organize, stock, pick, package, and ship parts when needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation.
- Share recurring product feedback with our team to help improve future products.
- Experience with motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, UTVs, or similar vehicles.
- A solid understanding of mechanical components and replacement parts.
- The ability to communicate technical information in a simple, friendly way.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working at a powersports dealership.
- Parts department or service department experience.
- Warranty processing experience.
- Hands-on mechanical experience.
- A genuine passion for riding and powersports.
- Pay: $20–$25 per hour
