ServiceNow AI Business Analyst/Product Analyst
Location: Irving, Texas, Charlotte, NC, or Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Role Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow AI Business Analyst/Product Analyst. This role will facilitate and own the AI tracking and governance for ServiceNow core platform AI capabilities. The analyst will maintain AI control tower inputs and participate in scrum cadences for the AI team.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and own AI tracking and governance for ServiceNow core platform AI capabilities.
- Maintain AI control tower inputs.
- Participate in scrum cadences for the AI team, assisting with story writing, testing, and analysis.
- Pull monthly adoption metrics and report on value measures for AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills: Candidates must have knowledge of basic ServiceNow functionalities and AI business acumen, including familiarity with tools like M365 Copilot.
Professional Skills: Strong communication skills are required for interacting with all levels of the organization.
