Business Analyst

Responsibilities Lead discovery sessions with business users, customers, and cross-functional teams to elicit, analyze, and document clear business and technical requirements. Translate complex business needs into high-quality user stories complete with detailed, measurable acceptance criteria. Analyze current-state business processes to identify inefficiencies, designing optimized future-state process flows and customer journeys. Maintain absolute clarity across the product lifecycle by generating meeting minutes, action items, user guides, training materials, and internal knowledge articles. Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Developers to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog and champion a value-driven, customer-centric product mindset. Actively engage in daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement retrospectives. Serve as a highly organized, professional liaison between technical teams (Developers, DevOps) and non-technical business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into easily understand communication Bridge the gap between development and business sign-off by executing test cases, logging defects, validating fixes, and collaborating tightly with QA teams. Qualifications 2+ years in the business or Digital/IT environment Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field (or Experience in creating user stories, process flow diagrams, and training materials. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar backlog/project management tools Foundational knowledge in Ecommerce user experience and related functionalities Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and digital product teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 Suite Streamlined warranty registration and claims processes for improved customer experience. Contributed to pricing logic and promotional rule development across digital platforms.
