We're looking for a dynamic, responsible, and customer-focused individual to join our leadership team as a Part-Time Manager.Job Summary:As a Part-Time Manager, you'll help lead daily operations, ensure a safe and fun environment, and support our team of energetic staff. This role is perfect for someone with leadership experience, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily park operations during scheduled shiftsSupervise and support team members to ensure exceptional guest experiencesEnsure safety standards and company policies are followed at all timesHandle customer concerns and resolve conflicts professionallyAssist with training and shift organizationMonitor inventory and supplies, and assist with minor maintenance as neededOpen or close the park as scheduledQualifications:1+ year of supervisory or management experience (preferably in retail, hospitality, or entertainment)Strong customer service and communication skillsMust be 18+ years oldAbility to lead by example and stay calm under pressureAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhy Join Us?Fun, fast-paced work environmentStaff perks and discounts
