Starting at $25.61/hour * 36-hour workweek * Fridays off * Outstanding benefits * Meaningful work every day Jefferson Franklin Community Action Corporation (JFCAC) is seeking a passionate and community-minded EZMO Transportation Coordinator to lead and expand transportation services throughout our region. This position focuses on building and sustaining a volunteer driver network while helping older adults, individuals with disabilities, low-income families, and other vulnerable populations access healthcare, employment, education, food resources, mental health services, and other essential supports. Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment, retention, and engagement efforts for volunteer drivers. Develop partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, businesses, and local stakeholders. Coordinate transportation initiatives and mobility solutions throughout the service area. Supervise transportation program staff and oversee program performance. Promote awareness of transportation resources through outreach, networking, and community engagement. Support the long-term sustainability of transportation services through partnerships and funding opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum three years of experience in transportation programs, volunteer management, community services, project coordination, or a related field. Strong communication, organizational, and public speaking skills. Supervisory experience preferred. Experience working with volunteer programs preferred. Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance required.
