Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
Handle trash removal and recycling duties efficiently throughout the facility
Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing special attention
Assist with custodial tasks related to facilities maintenance and industrial cleaning as needed
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a hazard-free environment during all cleaning activities
Skills
Experience in janitorial or custodial roles with a focus on commercial or industrial cleaning environments
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques
Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers, floor scrubbers, and vacuums effectively
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues promptly
Requirements
Janitorial experience
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Must have two current/valid forms of identification
