The business is thriving — but like many founders, Anna is still carrying too much of the day-to-day. This role exists to change that. The Opportunity You’ll take full ownership of operations — turning vision into execution and ensuring the business runs at a consistently high standard. Build systems that scale with growth Own KPIs, budgets, and performance Lead and develop a 12-person team Elevate the client experience Solve problems before they surface You’re not here to maintain — you’re here to elevate. The Impact & Compensation In your first 90 days, you’re already improving KPIs and creating structure.
