We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our growing team! If you are interested in joining a dynamic group, we are looking for outgoing and driven hospitality professionals!

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience demonstrating leadership
• Strong tenure with no more than 2 companies in the last 5 years
• Effective experience managing P&L statements of $2M+
• Independent learners eager to work their way up within the company
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to move up the ranks

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities and Traits:

• Hands-on management style and willing to work on the floor daily
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with coaching, driving excellence
• Able to build relationships quickly and build solid teams
• High energy, positive, and passionate about hospitality
