Key Responsibilities: Run smooth day-to-day operations and keep the restaurant looking and performing its best Hire, train, and motivate a high-energy team Create memorable guest experiences and handle feedback with care Manage inventory, orders, and costs responsibly Support sales goals and financial performance Ensure health, safety, and labor standards are met Qualifications: 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience A people-first leader who loves building strong teams Knowledge of food & beverage (bonus if you know your wine and cocktails!) Great communication and problem-solving skills Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays) Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs Tech-savvy with POS or scheduling systems preferred Ready to lead with heart and hustle?
