Job Overview: We’re looking for a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. You’ll be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing top-tier customer service, and creating a welcoming environment at the bar. If you have a passion for mixology, hospitality, and bringing people together over great drinks, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages. Engage with guests, providing excellent service and recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines. Assist with inventory management. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Must be at least 21 years old and possess or be willing to obtain necessary certifications (e.g., food handler’s permit, alcohol service certification).
