Localization Project Manager

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a localization project manager to join a Consulting team supporting a COE for Language Services. This team will focus on implementing the enterprise brand across business units and implement/optimize in-language adaptation. This team will be supporting translation, localization, and vendor processes to ensure a seamless user experience for non-English speakers. On a day to day basis, candidates will attend daily vendor and production calls, maintain project trackers for timelines and aggressive due dates and work closely with a team of localization content managers to align layouts and designs within Figma. Candidates can also expect to do the following activities: Manage weekly vendor briefings through vendor portal of new digital launches Assist with digital vendor migration Project manage translation and DTP requests for privacy, creative marketing, and local requests Co-manage Figma projects which include manual copy routing through approvals, coordinating with vendor partners, and final QA checks Candidates should be comfortable working in a consultative environment, with external agencies to inform on project instructions, content launches and guidelines on brand voice, terminology, and style. The role is fully remote but candidates must be open to work eastern standard time to collaborate with Consulting leadership.
