Orchestrate Shop Workflow: Use industry-leading digital systems to direct vehicle flow smoothly from intake to delivery. Translate & Guide: Present clear digital inspection reports, photos, and prioritized repair plans to clients with zero-pressure honesty. Manage Quality & Parts: Source top-tier parts and ensure every vehicle leaves cleaner and safer than when it arrived. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experience: 3–5 years in high-level service advisory/sales OR an Associate’s Degree with proven customer service excellence. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a positive, infectious, team-first energy. Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and able to type 50+ WPM accurately.
