About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to join its Executive Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in the organization's next phase of growth. This is a strategic and hands-on executive position that goes beyond traditional finance leadership. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the CEO, shaping the long-term financial strategy, and will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. Key responsibilities also include providing financial leadership for sustainable growth, evaluating business opportunities, and developing financial models to support various business initiatives. The role demands a leader who can drive financial transformation, improve operational performance, and build the necessary infrastructure to support the company's expansion. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for advanced financial designations. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience, particularly within multi-channel retail or consumer products, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GAAP, financial planning and analysis, and a proven track record in leading finance transformation and process improvement. Experience in a multi-channel business environment, including wholesale, retail, and e-commerce, is highly valued. The role also requires exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to influence organizational strategy and drive measurable business results.
