About the Role

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Finance and Operations to serve as a senior financial leader, with a focus on the stewardship, integrity, and continuous improvement of the institution's financial operations. This role is pivotal in providing leadership across internal financial functions, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, a key contributor to institutional planning, and will ensure that the financial infrastructure and practices support the institution with clarity, discipline, and foresight. The AVP will also be responsible for cash flow and treasury management, and will play a critical role in the development of a high-performing finance team. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President of Finance and Operations position at the company should have a Master's degree in a related field, with a preference for those with CFO experience in complex PK-12 independent schools. The role requires an experienced financial leader with strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a collaborative, transparent, and service-oriented approach.
