IT Team Lead for a local MSP

We are seeking an experienced IT Team leader to manage an MSP crew responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our clients networks on a daily basis. This position is well suited for a hands-on leader who understands IT security, Cloud and Server based networks, and can help maintain reliable systems, accurate data, and regulatory compliance in a fast-moving environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of IT field and helpdesk technicians through the daily activities of an small MSP service provider.
- Coordinate the creation, implementation, and delivery of technology solutions to our client base.
- Collaborate with ownership to ensure operations initiatives meet business needs
- Track team productivity, coordinate schedules, assign responsibilities, and manage competing priorities
- Build a customer-focused support environment centered on ownership, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 + years experience working for a true MSP
- 5 + years in a management role.
- You must have Experience in all aspects of IT. MS Admin, Virtual servers, Hyper V. Firewalls, Lynex. You must be a jack of all trades in IT but not necessarily an expert at everything with the keen ability to delegate when needed.
- Excellent communication, organizational, documentation, and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work effectively with operational, and technical stakeholders
