Facilities Team Lead - Maintenance, Safety & On-Call Ops

Ascend Wellness Holdings, LLC is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in a full‑time role at our Amesbury, MA site. The position oversees daily maintenance, safety, and operational readiness, coordinating with the Site Director and a multi‑site Facilities Manager. You’ll lead a small team and manage work orders and vendor relationships to keep the site compliant and efficient.
