Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Additional Requirement: Must have experience working with a government agency.
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Evaluate and improve systems processes; identify process gaps and inefficiencies.
- Develop clear and actionable business and functional requirements.
- Communicate effectively with production, managerial, and executive teams.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to track progress and system performance.
- Conduct daily system analysis and troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain documentation and version control of system and process changes.
- Support project testing, training, and implementation activities.
- Foster strong relationships across teams to support system integration and change management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on enterprise or modernization projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Visio or Lucidchart for process documentation.
- Experience working with public sector, transportation, or education systems.
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
Additional Requirement: Must have experience working with a government agency.
