Overview CompQsoft is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals at Colorado Springs, CO for Air force program. Responsibilities Provides phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed under this contract or predecessors. Serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems. Qualifications Certification: Any one of the IAT Level II certifications (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP) Security Clearance: Secret CompQsoft provides equal opportunity in all aspects of employment and in the working environment to all employees and applicants.
