Electrical Construction Manager

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) Division is seeking a Construction Manager - Electrical to support electrical construction projects and oversee field execution activities across the Northeast and Central regions. Candidates must reside in Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Connecticut, or Vermont and be willing to travel up to 75% to support project and construction activities.Strong preference for candidates with hands-on electrical construction, field service, commissioning, or maintenance experience. Journeyman Electrician, Master Electrician, Electrical Superintendent, Construction Supervisor, or Field Service Engineer backgrounds are highly desirable. Ability to learn and apply emerging technologies related to microgrids, distributed energy resources, and advanced power systems.The expected annual salary range for this role is $97,000 - $156,000 a year. This position is also eligible for premium (overtime) pay, travel per diem, and a company vehicle.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Ability to learn and apply emerging technologies related to microgrids, distributed energy resources, and advanced power systems.Lead turnkey electrical construction projects from pre-construction planning through commissioning, closeout, and client turnover, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget execution.Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, risk mitigation strategies, and subcontractor performance across multiple concurrent projects.Coordinate with engineering, design, and field teams to deliver constructible, cost-effective solutions while driving productivity and project success.Oversee construction safety, quality, and compliance programs, including QA/QC, JSA development, lockout/tagout, confined space procedures, documentation control, and progress reporting.Qualifications:BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with minimum of five (5) years of electrical construction, field service, commissioning, or maintenance experience. Journeyman Electrician, Master Electrician, Electrical Superintendent, Construction Supervisor, or Field Service Engineer background; ORAssociate degree from an accredited institution with minimum of seven (7) years of electrical construction, field service, commissioning, or maintenance experience. Journeyman Electrician, Master Electrician, Electrical Superintendent, Construction Supervisor, or Field Service Engineer background; ORIn lieu of degree, minimum ten (10) years of electrical construction, field service, commissioning, or maintenance experience.
