*Hourly pay listed includes approximately $9-$11/hour in tips.

At Pizza Bocca Lupo, we’re looking for an experienced Artisan Pizza Maker to join our team and help us continue serving the best wood-fired, thin-crust pizzas in the heart of San Pedro Square Market. As an Artisan Pizza Maker, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, creating the pizzas that keep our customers coming back for more. Your responsibilities will include: - Hand-stretching and preparing pizza dough made from scratch. - Crafting pizzas using fresh mozzarella, crushed tomato sauce, and premium ingredients like 00-style flour and extra virgin olive oil. - Operating and maintaining our wood-fired oven to ensure every pizza is cooked to perfection. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to meet food safety standards. - Collaborating with a close-knit team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

We’re searching for someone who shares our passion for authentic, artisan pizza and has the skills to match. Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role: - At least 1 year of experience in pizza making or a similar culinary role. - A strong understanding of dough preparation and wood-fired oven cooking techniques. - Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality food. - A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills. - The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
